Usage: there are two ways:
(1) Runme.bat, Loader.exe and Dee.ini to the same
directory where the program is and run Runme.bat
(2) or you can also change the path to your file in
Dee.ini file.
If there is some problems with loading you must,
manually change the timeout of loading in Dee.ini.
As more your computer slower, more time it needs to
unpack the file, and your timeout must be larger.
This loader was tested on 1700Mhz Athlon, 256RAM (Win9
;8se,WinXP).
